Video clip not timestamped: Police need timestamp

I have downloaded and shared the video clip they need but neither have the timestamps rolling. There must be a way to get this but I don't find it anywhere.

I have the same need. I need to share a video clip with the police who are investigating an event but there is no timestamp on the downloaded video clip.
