Camera cuts out specifically and only when the doorbell is ringing rung. Seriously? I can’t see who was at the door! This defeats the primary purpose of the product. If this can’t be resolved, I want a refund on the Nest Aware subscription I just signed up for. It’s useless to me now.

Your post says you have a Nest Hello Doorbell. If that's the case, you may have encountered the same problem encountered by hundreds of other customers, where the internal battery in the Nest Hello Doorbell (yes, it has one) fails after a year or two, causing the doorbell to go offline for a minute or so whenever the doorbell button is pressed. The internal battery is supposed to power the doorbell and camera when the doorbell button is pressed and power is momentarily diverted to ring the indoor doorbell chime. The internal battery has now failed on all three of our Nest Hello Doorbells (ages 4 years, 3 years, and 2 years).
We've done what hundreds of others have done; we've turned off the "Indoor chime" option. This means our indoor doorbell chime no longer rings, but the doorbell and camera stay online. We instead use the "Visitor announcements" option (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7672451) to get announcements on our Nest Hubs and Nest Mini.
Some customers have tried prying apart their doorbell (it's not designed for that) and replacing the indoor battery; see this iFixit post: https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Nest+Hello+Battery+Replacement/131729
This long post with 1,000+ replies describes other customers' experiences:
Google Nest says they "cannot" replace doorbells that are past their 1-year warranty.

Thank you. I really want my doorbell to ring and I’m not buying google home crap. I’m seeking my money back on nest aware and looking for a different solution. Ridiculous. Doorbells should need replacement. After a couple years. I was about to buy more Nest cameras. Won’t do that now either.

Hi folks,
@Pepper1024, yikes! I'm sorry to hear that your Nest Doorbell's video is not working properly. What type of Nest Doorbell do you have? What type of Nest Aware subscription are you subscribed to? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? If not yet, follow the steps in this guide of Nest Doorbell video doesn't play, pauses, or skips to troubleshoot, then let us know how it goes.
I appreciate your input, @MplsCustomer.
Best,
Zoe
