Hello,
Does anyone know if it is possible to gain access to video data more than a month old. Someone in a large truck ran into out house and crushed our gutters. It had to happen between Dec 1 and Jan 1, which we don't have access to anymore.

Google Nest deletes all history that is older than our subscriptions; if we don't have a subscription, then they don't have permission to save it anyhow.
"All video history is deleted on a rolling basis. This means that, depending on the Nest Aware subscription you have, older saved video is deleted from the cloud after a certain number of days."

To confirm, do you have a Nest Aware subscription? If so, then you could have access to the recorded events with your Nest app or Google Home app. Let us know if you have other questions.
