Same issue here. It has to be an issue with Google. My history is choppy and on the areas it didn’t record it says “loading video history, this may take some time” started about 3 hours ago.

Guess it's not getting fixed anytime soon.. mines doing the same thing. So frustrating to pay for a service and its always garbage.

I got tired of seeing the error, so I called Google Support. Not helpful. I have the 2nd Gen Wired Doorbell Camera and was doing a hard reset by pressing the pinhole in for 12 seconds. This did nothing. What did work for me though was pushing the pinhole in for just five seconds to do a soft restart.

I called Google support and had my issue fixed. For reference I have the nest indoor outdoor cam. They had me disconnect the camera from the electrical cable, press the button on the back of the camera for 5 seconds only. If you go past five seconds it'll do a full hard reset. After the five seconds I reconnected the camera and remounted it. After about a minute the live camera worked and it started to record the videos again. Every video occurring before this is lost. Good luck
