Video history unavailable

I have the nest subscription for 30 day event history but I cannot see any history apart from today's history and there are intermittent issues with that too. Sometimes I can see and watch all of todays history, sometimes I can see but not watch today's history and sometimes I can only see one video from today despite there being 5 videos from earlier in the day.

There are no issues with the videos being recorded, but the next day they are all gone. My subscription is definitely active

If you have any of our Cameras or Doorbells, I would definitely suggest you get a Nest Aware subscription! I'd love to provide you with some helpful links explaining what it's all about.

Are you getting any alerts stating there are connection issues with your cams and wifi? Or any wifi-related issues that you may have noticed?

I am also experiencing this issue. I receive a notification when an event occurs but the video is not available. I have a Nest Aware subscription and the live feed works fine.

This is the message we see even after 48 hours

Please create your own thread. If you add yours onto mine it will confuse the people trying to fix the issue and neither of us will get a solution

Hey folks,

 

Restarting and factory resetting your Google Nest camera or doorbell will have different results:

 

Restart: Keeps all your settings, and it should reconnect to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever becomes frozen, has trouble reconnecting to the internet, or isn't working normally.

 

Factory reset: Erases all your settings and options, and restores its factory default settings. It will not automatically reconnect to Wi-Fi and you'll need to set it up again.
