When I open my nest app to view movement I can only see still shots, no video, no audio. I paid for a year subscription. Also, even the still shots only show for today, nothing prior to today

Thanks for posting here in the community. I understand that despite having an active annual subscription, your Nest app is only showing still images without audio or video. Additionally, your event history appears to be missing, as you're unable to view any captures prior to today. I'm happy to help!

To better assist you with accurate information, I’d like to ask a few questions:

  • Where did you originally purchase your Google Home Premium subscription?
  • Which specific Google Home Premium subscription do you have?
  • Have you migrated your Nest account to a Google account?
