Video subscription problem

I have a Nest Aware subscription but it os only saving 1 day instead of 30.  I tried the contact us section, but it useless for my problem. Why is there no live chat or support anymore?

Is your Nest Aware subscription for the same Google Nest "home/structure" on the same Google Account as the one where your cameras are installed?

If you go to Settings | Nest Aware in the Google Nest app or the Google Home app when connected to the Google Nest "home/structure" with the same Google Account where your cameras are located, does it show an active Nest Aware subscription?

If you go to the Subscription Management page (https://store.google.com/subscriptions) and click on your subscription, does it show the same Google Nest "home/structure"?

You could try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below--and click "Next step" on the "Resources" page to skip past researching solutions to get to the contact options page (phone call or chat)--to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
