I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue with your Nest Hello (wired). I would like to know what troubleshooting steps you have done to look into this further? Are you missing this wall mount when you purchased the doorbell?

Thanks for replying so quickly . We have the wall plate but the top clip that the unit hooks onto is partially broken so it doesn’t hold the nest unit in place so we used gorilla tape to hold the top part in .
