Not receiving Google nest notifications on iphone

We’ve installed two Google nest cameras and can see live feed but I receive no notifications of events. I have notifications turned on. I don’t want to go through the hassle of deleting the app and setting it all up again.

Subscription

I paid for a one year subscription with a credit card, but the google home app says my account has ended. No recordings are being saved.
