Doorbell camera stopped working

Bought doorbell 9/23. Working fine. A month ago took it down for painting. Reinstalled and camera showed white light. Then went dark. Have been thru resolution process more than once. Keeps rerouting back to start. Restart, reset, factory reset, chec...

Doorbell gen2 wired no ligts

Doorbell cam was working fine. Removed to paint. Reconnected. Camera showed lights. Then no lights. Have done a factory reset. No change confirmed active power to unit. Have removed unit from G AP. tried to set up again as new. No sucess

Reinstalled doorbell cam not working

Reinstalled door cam after house painted. Initially started up (had white light)could not re-enage.now have no lights. Have reset to factory. Confirmed power to leads of camera.
