Hi,
Hoping someone can help with a solution. My Battery powered nest cam that I have outdoors suddenly stopped working 2 days ago. I've only just gotten around to taking a look at it.
There initially was no light showing so looking online I have attempted to reset the device.
I am now unable to reconnect the device, the device shows a green light, then it goes off, then night vision turns on, then off... So on and so forth.
When i hold down the reset button I get nothing. Really at a loss with it.
Anyone experienced anything similar?

If your camera just won't perform a factory reset (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162), you could try contacting Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

Thank you for the reply, I managed to speak with Jino today who was very helpful. Unfortunately they weren't able to ID the problem so I am getting a replacement.
