I have a camera that no longer connects. I have tried everything. I have been trying to figure out how to replace under warranty and it is pretty much impossible to figure how. Thought I found a way only to never get a reply email from Google Home. How do I communicate with a human to get it replaced?

The cameras are really bad tech i just wish I'd read this forum and seen how bad they really are and then i never would have bought them.
