Warranty Claim flow appears broken

The warranty claim process seems to lead to a black hole. Less than a year of ownership and my nest cam has stopped charging. The warranty claim form (which only asks for serial number and not much else) leads to page that reads “your email has been sent” with the promise that someone will reach out soon, but no one reaches out after a week. Is it even possible to file a warranty claim?
