The camera has stop working, When I go to the Google warranty page and try to submit a claim, the submit claim button comes back with the response "Page not found". Any hint how to proceed.

Details on camera not working. It stopped connecting to the network, Being unable to reconnect to the network I did a factory reset. When I tried to add it back in using the google home app (following the procedure in the app), the app would not connect to the device. It goes to the connection device and times out. so I have been unable to use it.
But the next problem is that the Google Warranty page is not available so I can not get a warranty replacement.
