We installed a Nest doorbell in our Receiving door but we can seem to get it to work properly.

We installed a Nest doorbell in our Receiving door (business) for deliveries.   It's laggy and unstable.  It doesn't send video.   It will sometime send notifications that someone was at the door but no image.  Out IT registered it to our network but still barely working.  Any advice?

I'm sorry for the late response, but I wanted to hop in here to help. Sorry to hear that you've been having issues with your doorbell, I know those can be confusing, but I'm happy to help. 
 
First, would you mind letting us know what troubleshooting steps you've taken? 
 
I would also suggest going through This troubleshooter to see if that will help.
