What is the status on Google Next fixing blurry video on my Nestcam Outdoor?

Last I saw there was no fix, despite the new firmware. And did we ever get an explanation about why this happened? If they are trying to reduce the file size, as some have speculated, and the result is images that show nothing, they are going to make the cameras and this service useless. If so, I am out. Just upsetting

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, how many Nest Cameras do you have? How many smart devices are connected to your Wi-Fi network? How far is your Nest Camera from your Wi-Fi router? Make sure that your internet service plan has enough upload bandwidth to support the number of cameras you have. Check with your internet service provider to learn about your plan's upload and download speeds.
