Maybe I've missed them, but in scanning through his posts, all I see are canned responses that close a post:
"...Just wanted to hop in here to see if we still needed help on this as it seems a few people are having success with it working now."
or
"Sorry to hear about the troubles that you're having with your phone opening up the Google Home app, I'm sure it's confusing, but I'm happy to help."
or
"If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to create a new thread." and if you create a new thread, it gets shoved to the bottom of a distantly unrelated thread.
