Ever since the update my app has been horrible. Constant buffering and never loads. Always have to close the app and open again. Getting very annoying. We pay for this subscription. We should be able to use it. Is google doing anything about this ?

If you’re using the “Nest” app for iOS, there was an app update this week that fixed the app (5.68.1). Check the App Store.

Hey. The update has definitely made it better. Much smoother and I haven’t had to restart the app once. Will there be any refund in regards to nest aware being so glitchy ?
