Hi all, I’m a bit desperate be cause I can’t find a shop to buy a new chime connector. I’ve moved half a year ago and now finally got the time to install my Hello again. Now my connector is missing and of course now one knows where to look and also not where to buy 😵💫. Plz help me 🤞🙏
Unfortunately, Google Nest does not sell any spare parts. However, if you are within the 1-year-warranty, Support (https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp) sometimes will provide a replacement.
Unfortunately my Hello is out of warranty. Does that mean that my Hello is down the drain? That would be very bad news. Google would make this world better, making me not throw away good working products because of a missing spare. Isn't there any other solution?
