Sorry to hear about that. What type of Nest Doorbell are you using? 

You can follow this article on how to Restart or factory reset Nest camera or doorbell for detailed steps.  Your Nest doorbell won’t connect to the internet automatically if you change your Wi-Fi network. You can check this article on how to Change doorbell Wi-Fi settings to learn more.
