Does anyone know if Nest Secure will work with Matter? I know it is past
its guaranteed software support period, but it already supports Thread
so it only makes sense. I haven't been able to find anything on Google
about it.
Simply unplug the ethernet cable which was connected to your previous
provider and connect it to your new provider. It may be helpful to reset
your Google Wifi but it may not be necessary.
From my experience, you can daisy chain points together to the main wifi
point (the one connected to your modem) but you can't connect two
wireless points together. I wired my wifi points with ethernet last year
and it has made a world of difference.
The Nest Yale lock cannot connect directly to wifi, it needs a bridge
device, like the Nest Connect, to get an internet connection. Have you
set up either a nest connect or nest secure?
