Why am I not seeing persons and all the other features on my camera recording even though I select

I am not seeing persons and all the other features I select on my camera recordings but I am only seeing sounds, please help me because I want to continue seeing all activities that goes on in my front door.

Hey there Susan Brathwaite, 
I'm so sorry for the late response, but I wanted to hop in here to make sure that we addressed your concerns. I understand the concerns about your cameras as we want to make sure that you are safe and your cameras are working properly, so I'm happy to look into this together.
 
I just have some questions to ask so that we can get to the bottom of the issue. 
  • Is this happening on your Nest Hello doorbell, or just your outdoor cams? Or both?
  • When did you first notice that you couldn't see things in your recordings?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you taken to try and fix the issue?
 
Once I hear back from you, we can continue looking into the troubleshooting steps as I'm happy to help.
