Why are google nest cameras/systems not purchaseable from the google store in Portugal?

Noticed the google store doesnt have any google nest cameras/systems available for purchase in Portugal - is there a timeline for its introduction or at least some sort of reason behind why it is not?

I noticed stores in Portugal sell some of the systems (i.e. Google Nest Battery/Wired Cameras) but if I wanted to purchase a 10m cable with an EU/Portugal plug I am not able to.

 

Are there any other workarounds for this?

Maybe it has to do with the fact that many Google Store products--including Google Nest products--are not available in Portugal, according to this Google post:

I'm just another Google Nest customer, and so know why, or what workarounds there are, if any.
