The video history for some of my Google home cameras keeps getting cleared. My understanding is that the video deletion is all or nothing, yet the history from two out of four cameras keeps getting deleted. I receive event notifications and can view them when I get to them early enough. But when I try to view them later, the entire history is empty. Would appreciate help figuring out how to keep my video clips.

A Nest Aware subscription covers only the cameras and doorbells in the same Google Nest "home/structure". You can see the "home/structure" it covers by going to the Subscription Management page (https://store.google.com/subscriptions) and clicking on your Nest Aware subscription. If you need two "homes", you will need two Nest Aware subscriptions.

Are all of your cameras in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your Nest Aware subscription, and on the same Google Account?

I believe so. I have a Nest Aware subscription on my one Google account. All the cameras were set up under that one Google account, but there are two “homes”. All the issues are happening on the cameras in one house. The other house is just fine.
