Why does my camera alert me to motion and sound outside my zone?

I only set up notifications for people or packages, NOT motion or sound. Yet I receive numerous notifications daily for sound and motion outside my zone. How can I correct it?

Hi JohnF,  when you go into the NOTIFICATIONS for that camera you will see the name of the ZONE(s) you set up.  But right under that there is another entry called "Outside of Zone".  That is where you can turn on/off all the various notifications for things happening outside of anything that is not a zone.
