Why has Google blocked me from posting comments about the new Google Nest Camera Battery?

Why has Google blocked me from posting comments as MplsCustomer about the new Google Nest Camera Battery in this Google Nest Community? This started happening late yesterday when I tried to post a comment on the "When will the new Google Nest Cams be able to work with the Nest App?" thread. I wanted to say that the initial question still needed to be addressed. But each attempt of mine to post simply disappeared.

Since then anything I try to post anywhere here shows initially as posted, and then within seconds is deleted. At Google Nest Support's suggestion this morning, I tried posting using a different device (my iPad), and then shared a link to the post with myself, and discovered that Google had blocked my post as "spam" and then deleted it.

None of my postings are "spam", and ALL of my postings are truthful and polite.

Is Google trying to suppress comments that are critical of the flawed release of the new Google Nest Camera Battery?

Tonight, I called Google Nest Support again and was told that they could not tell me why I was banned, that they had no way to direct or escalate my case to anyone at Google, that they had no process whatsoever that would allow them to do that, and that my case simply could not be addressed.  Google Nest Chat had the same answer.

Instead, Google Nest Support said I should log on here with a different account, and post a question here asking why I have been banned. So, at the suggestion of Google Nest Support, I am now asking: "Why has MplsCustomer been banned from posting in this community?"

This is a screen capture of one of my attempts to reply to the "When will the new Google Nest Cams be able to work with the Nest App?" thread that Google removed and that apparently led to Google banning all of my posts.   Google removed all  of my attempts to post this reply.  The text is below.

"Yes, assistance is still needed. Please answer the original question."

"When is Google going to update the Google Nest app to add the support that it deliberately omitted for the new Google Nest Camera Battery and Google Nest Doorbell Battery? If Google is not going to do this, then when is Google going to add full support for existing Google Nest cameras and doorbells to the Google Home app, including the capabilities currently supported in the Google Nest app?"

"And when is Google going to update the home.nest.com website to add the support that it deliberately omitted for the new Google Nest Camera Battery and Google Nest Doorbell Battery?"

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. We definitely have to moderate and lock threads when its time too. I am sorry that your previous threads were locked. I will take your feedback and send it forward. I was not reporting "locked threads".  I was reporting that you (Google) was blocking me from posting or replying in any thread whatsoever in this Google Nest Community.

I did NOT report a problem with "locked threads".

I was reporting the fact that you (Google) have blocked me from posting ANYTHING in ANY thread in this Goggle Nest Community, using my main user ID of MplsCustomer. ANYTHING I post as @MplsCustomer  is immediately deleted after it displays on my screen as posted.

As I reported above, Google Nest Support said they could NOT address Google's ban on my posts in any way whatsoever, nor could their supervisors, and that I should instead post the problem here using another account , so I did so as MplsCustomer2.

I have been blocked from posting anything at all in this forum as MplsCustomer since the evening of Sept. 23; every post is immediately deleted, even though I have never spammed here, or posted anything untruthful or impolite. That is why this reply is posted from MplsCustomer2.

It seems that Google has now removed the ban on my forum account, MplsCustomer.  Thank you.  I do wish I knew why Google banned me in the first place.

But now it has banned the secondary account, MplsCustomer2, I used to post this concern (at the direction of Google Nest Support).

Just now tried to post a reply here as MplsCustomer2. Google immediately deleted my post (shown in the screen capture below). So, Google has now ALSO blocked me from posting here as MplsCustomer2, even though Google Nest Support told me to post this question here.

I am now resorting to a third Google account, and created an ID of MplsCustomer3; I don’t have any more. What in the world is going on here anyhow?  Why is Google banning me?

I will attempt once again to respond, since my previous attempts to respond have been removed, but I suspect this reply of mine will also be deleted.

My question had nothing to do with "locked threads" and I did NOT report that my "previous threads were locked".

Rather, my question is why Google is blocking any and all of my posts and replies in this Google Nest Community forum. I do not know why. I have never spammed, nor have my posts been impolite or untruthful.

I posted my question here because Google Nest Support told me they could not explain why my posts were being removed and had no way whatever to address the problem. Google Nest Suport said I should post a question here asking why.

So, please tell me why.

Brad, I need further assistance.  The issue is not "locked threads" but the fact that you (Google) has blocked all three of my accounts from posting anywhere in this forum.  You first blocked @MplsCustomer on Sept. 23, deleting a reply I tried to post and several additional attempts I made, thinking there was a technical glitch.  Then, when I first tried to respond to this post as @MplsCustomer2 , you (Google) immediately blocked that too on Sept. 23.  And when I tried once more to reply, as @MplsCustomer3 , you (Google) then blocked that too.  So now this loyal Google Nest customer cannot post anywhere in this Google Nest Community forum.  And, to be clear, I have not in any way whatsoever misused this forum.  Google Nest Support says they simply cannot help me.  Please unblock me.

False advertising to market as a Nest without any basic Nest capability.

Your reply refers to "locked threads" but I was not talking about "locked threads".  I am talking about being blocked from posting anything at all on any new or existing thread in this Google Nest Community forum, including this thread.  I have been unable to post anything on THIS thread since Sept. 27.  I am trying again now after clearing my cache.

The blocking was resolved or lifted some time later on Oct. 12.  Thank you.
