The home.nest.com site is so slow. On PC it often doesn't work at all and just keeps running circles. I'm close to throwing all NEST camera's out. What use is a camera if you can't quickly look up the footage?
Note, I have different PC, I use fixed line internet (with or without wifi), 4G and 5G connections. It is the browser that is the issue. And it doesn't matter which. Firefox, Edge or Chrome, it's a blue turning circle that I get.
I’m sorry for the delay and to hear that accessing your camera on a web browser is slow. Let’s sort this out — a few questions: when did the issue start? Is your Chrome browser up to date? Do you have more than one browser tabs and windows open while accessing your cameras? Also, do you have another device to check the web browser?
