We installed 2 Nest doorbell cameras & 2 Nest cams with floodlights. Since then, our Internet keeps disconnecting and reconnecting with Live video unavailable. Not techy at all! What to do? Call a Nest Pro?

Do you know if it is your Internet service which is disconnecting and reconnecting of simply the cameras which are disconnecting and reconnecting to your wifi?
In the first option, you need to contact your Internet service provider and ask for correction of the problem.
If instead, which is the more probable cause, you could add a wifi extender to try to correct the problem, or replace your router with a mesh router. Ask your Internet service provider what they would recommend to correct the situation.

For your information, I had a similar problem with one of my five cameras consistently disconnecting and reconnecting. I added a wifi extender in the area where this camera is situated, and my problem was resolved. Now, this camera never disconnects.
