Wired Doorbell stopped working

About a week ago my doorbell went offline and it hasn’t been working since. I’ve checked the terminals on the doorbell and it’s getting 19v from the transformer. I plugged it into a USB port and the status light went on. I reconnected it to the transformer and the status light goes on but no blue ring. I’ve factory reset and still get the same result. The transformer was brand new when I installed the doorbell less than a year ago. Any suggestions on what to try next?  Thank you

Thank you for the replies. I ended up submitting my doorbell for a warranty claim and received the replacement. I was able to wire it up and have it working within minutes so I’m pretty sure something broke on my doorbell. Thank you again
