I have a GEN two wired hello doorbell. Device keeps dropping the Wi-Fi connection. I have moved the device to directly adjacent to my router. It will connect to the router and works fine for a minute or two Including sending an Including sending a chime signal to my google speaker, and then it drops the connection. When it disconnects, it is no longer responsive, even pushing the doorbell button. I have rebooted my modem, rebooted, my router, rebooted, my iPhone,, reset the hello, factory reset the hello With no improvement in the frequent disconnection from Wi-Fi. Has there been a software/firmware update that was sent to my hello device or is that even possible?
