I’ve factory reset my wired nest cam. Now it continues to cycle through the start up process going from white light, to blue, then to yellow. Then it shuts off and starts again.
How can I correct this problem?

What problem led you to factory reset your camera?
Do you have the newer 2nd gen Google Nest Indoor Camera or the older Google Nest Indoor Camera (which does not have a reset button)?
How did you perform the reset? Are you sure that the factory reset completed?
