I recently installed a wired nest camera with floodlight up at my remote cabin.
I access both the camera and the nest thermostat via the Google Home app on my android phone. I am subscribed to the "Nest Aware" service so all events are recorded and stored.
Needless to say, but I'll say it. This is VERY DISAPPOINTING. I thought Google was an engineering company that solved problems? The is a problem. The device I purchased to protect my property for $279.99 DOES NOT WORK AS PROMISED.
This seems like a waste of money. Hello Google. Are you shipping our beta products rather than ones ready for market? That is exactly what this experience feels like.

Hey there,
Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally. Also, what are your Wi-Fi speeds like? This could be more related to your internet and less the product. Please let me know.
Best regards,
Brad
