Wired Nest Doorbell Does Not Chime Outside

I'm actually not sure what generation nest doorbell I have...it's pretty old (about 6 years old); but everything works perfect in the app - video, notifications, all the things; however, when someone rings the doorbell it does not chime outside. I don't know if this would technically be a wiring issue because, like I said, everything else seems to be working. Has anyone had any issues like this?
