My wired doorbell goes offline intermittently.
I've tested my Google Nest mesh network. All access points have excellent connections. My overall Wi-Fi speed is 800mbps down and 120 up. The doorbell has power. I put a multimeter on the power wire. It gets plenty of power, around 18v.No other wifi devices are acting up. The doorbell will come back online by itself after a few hours. It's not hot to the touch when offline. I've tried a factory reset. My Google home app and Android are both up to date. When the doorbell goes offline, it shows offline on all devices including phones, nest home hubs, and a web browser on a laptop. Did I miss anything? If not, how do I go about requesting a replacement as it's only a month old.

Thanks. Is there some way to find out about system issues when they happen so that I don't go through all that troubleshooting for nothing?
