@Amoravia

Is your doorbell in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your Nest Hub? Do you have "Visitor announcements" turned on in your doorbell's settings?

LOL,,, if I had a $1.00 for every minute and every common sense trouble shooting step they’ve offered I’d put payment on new car. Used to get to Level 2 now that isn’t an option ,,, “they’ll email you” but …. NEVER DO … just off a cliff. Thanks for your money. Bye Bye.

Cut your loss and what will surely be never ending frustration and just return it and install a Ring or other.

Couple of things to check...

Open the Google Home app. Click on the Doorbell and tap on the Settings (gear) icon. Look for Notification, tap on that and make sure Push notification are turned on.

Also, Open the Google Home app. Find the Google Hub that is not playing and open it. Tap on the Settings (gear) icon. Look for Notifications & digital wellbeing, tap on that and make sure you do not have "Do not disturb" enabled.
