Wireless camera

Hi my camera stopped working, there is no live video and recors are not available...if they are, they are only 3 seconds long.

Thanks for visiting the Community. My apologies for the late response here. I'm sorry to hear that your camera stopped working. Let's get this sorted — a few questions: what's the status light of your camera? What's the model of your Nest camera? How far is your camera from the router? When did the issue start? Also, do you have a Nest Aware subscription?
