Hello, can someone help please.
I had a parcel stolen from outside my house today but more than 3 hours passed from the time it was stolen to the time I arrived home (realised it was stolen). Is there a way for me to view footage that was more than 3 hours ago? I can see the notification on my phone but obviously cannot view the footage. Please do not suggest getting the subscription as the time has already passed (this will be purchased for the future).

Sorry, there is no way to get it because it does not exist.  Google would be breaking privacy laws if they kept footage beyond what you have agreed to.    Many people have asked this same question on this forum over the years.

Sadly you have to get the paid membership thing to keep video history that lasts more than 3 hours. I pay $8 or $9 a month. And I get 30 days worth of video history. I'm so sorry this happened to you. Please don't tell anyone your camera can only record up to 3 hours. If someone knows you may be gone for a long time, they may take advantage of that. I'm so sorry this happened to you.  It's personal, I fully understand that and it's scary
