Doorbell installation, I try to add the device doorbell to my current location, select nest doorbell (battery), scan the QR, read usage guidelines and privacy, help to improve yes, App ask if I have other nest devices, no, app wants to create a nest network then problem connecting the cloud, I try it several times, not able to add the doorbell. I need help.

It could be a problem on the Google Nest servers. If the problem persists, you could try contacting Google Nest Support to see if you have a defective doorbell that needs replacing, starting with this link:
