Wireless nest cameras

I have rechargeable wireless battery operated nest cams. They are mounted too high to reach without a ladder.

I am trying to avoid needing the ladder because it's too heavy and perhaps dangerous for convenient use. Is there an extendable gripper device that would allow me to remove and then replace the cameras when they have been recharged?

I saw that there are Solar Panels available for Google nest cameras. What I found confusing was the cheaper the panel the higher the wattage output. You get what you pay for I guess but that still wont stop me from getting the cheaper one, but I wouldn't get one without a listed power output.

There is not gripper available from Google.  You may have to improvise.
