Won’t connect to internet

My nest outdoor cameras will not connect to Wi-Fi, just went out and will not reconnect. Everything else is working fine. Spoke to internet provider and they see no issues.I really am mission my cameras. I’ve tried all of the troubleshooting advice and nothing is working.

Hi there,

 

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. I appreciate your patience about this. Nest Outdoor cameras don’t have a reset button. You have two ways to reconnect your cameras to your Wi-Fi network. First, is to update its Wi-Fi settings or remove and re add it to the Nest app.
 

Here’s how:

  1. On the Nest app home screen, tap Settings.
  2. Scroll down below until you see Product > select the camera you want to update.
  3. On the Camera Settings > tap Wi-Fi connection > tap Start.

Follow the on-screen instructions. Scan the QR code on the back of your camera when prompted. Have a look at this guide: Change camera and doorbell Wi-Fi settings.

Yes thanks. I know how to connect and I know what should be happening. I’ve have the nest cameras for over 5 years and this time it will not reconnect to my Wi-Fi. Nothing has changed, no new router, no new password, everything else in my home is connected to Wi-Fi except my cameras.
