First of all Google nest customer service sucks worse than anything I’ve ever dealt with. They disconnected their phone numbers they totally suck you can’t talk to anybody about product issues or subscription issues cancellations or anything. I’m dropping them fast

You can try contacting Google Nest Support starting with this link, and selecting phone as the contact option at the end:

For Nest Aware issues, you can try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below. They say you: "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

Google Nest really needs to publish the contact number like they used to. This method of trying to get them to call you proved to be a real pain in the butt and was very frustrating.

I was finally able to get a call back. But the idea that the number isn’t published and you need to dig through later after layer just to find the screen to request help isn’t a positive experience
