camera not recording 100% of time

just migrated to google acct from nest and now my cameras are not recording 100% of the time.  How do I fix this?

What does "cameras not recording 100% of the time" mean?

Migrating from a Nest Account to a Google Account should not affect your Nest Aware subscription. If you had a Nest Aware subscription (30 days of event video history) or a Nest Aware Plus subscription (10 days of 24/7 video history and 30 days of event video history), you should still have the subscription.

However, if you had 1st gen Nest Aware subscriptions on individual cameras, those subscriptions will be disabled: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9228198?hl=en#zippy= 

FYI: Google Nest now says they have 24/7 Nest Aware Premier Care for questions on Nest Aware; see the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on this page:
