Hi,
I cannot disable package notification on the nest doorbell. When i do this it automatically turns on again.
Both in and out zones.
I deleted the cache of the app and all of the data, deleted the Nest app and reinstalled. Deleted zones etc but nothing helps.
Any help?

After a lot of contact with support. Wiping devices, caches, reinstalling etc the 3rd line communicates to the other support lines this is a known bug and they are working on it 🤷

That's a little weird. Have you tried going to the settings for your doorbell on the home.nest.com website and disabling "Packages" under Notifications there?

Thanks for helping!
Same problem there. Can save the settings but it returns selected auyomatically.
I also disabled registering sounds and notify but it notifies me when the doorbell hears a hard sound.

That is strange.
You could try contacting Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
