cant connect nest flood light

hello 

i already have a nest battery camera set up and works perfectly, i have just added a nest flood light camera, i had an electrican wire up the floodlights.

when i try to connect the camera im getting the below error 

Something went wrong

try connecting again, if that doesnt work try rebooting your device.

i have done all this and still cant connect 

i have also done a factory reset and still nothing 

please help

Hi I'm having same trouble with my floodlight camera won't connect or be discovered.  What form are we filling out for this?

sorry to tell you but i when through an exhausting lengthy process with no success.

i made contact with Amazon and was resnt a replacement which connected without a problem straight away.

the camera must have been faulty

@Rick075, i’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries; we'll check this out. Just to check: What is the status of the LED light on your Nest Camera Floodlight? Have you tried doing a factory reset on your Nest Camera Floodlight? Here is a link on how to restart or factory reset a Nest camera or doorbell.
