Apparently my son set up her Nest Cam Indoor on one of her accounts. She had a stroke and now I am trying to get it reconnected to my account. We dont have the old info and the instructions say the previous acount owner needs to remove it. Since we dont have that info I cant get it removed. It also says to contact Nest support but I cant find a number to ask someone. How do I contact them or get this camera to my accounht

Follow these steps:
Camera is connected to another account - Google Nest Help
Unfortunately, if it's a camera setup in the Nest app, Nest support can't help you as there is no workaround.
Wishing your family all the best!

Thanks, I have tried everything. Google needs to hire some people to help customers by phone . Not chatting. They are just lazy. I just looked at all the chats with problems people are havingf. We all should just stop using google. They have terrible customer service.

Not sure I'm following. I just read it's the Nest Cam Indoor you're referring to, which is setup in the Nest app. That means after the previous owner's video history has expired, which can take up to 60 days, you'll be able to pair the camera to a different account. It will not let you do that until the video history expires, and there is no workaround unfortunately. This is occurring because you're not able to access the account it was setup with to remove it from that account. If you were able to remove the camera from the account first, you'd be able to set it up with a different account right away.
If you would prefer, here is how to contact the Google Nest support team directly.
