getting warranty run around with a defective google floodlight

Hey everyone, not sure what else to do (aside from disputing the charge on my credit card) so I'll try posting here. We had bought 4 of the new google nest floodlights about two months ago and one just died. We've been trying to get a warranty replacement but google keeps wasting our time both on the phone and via emails trying stuff we've already tried over and over again and even suggesting stuff not even applicable to the product.

Any tips on how one can get a warranty replacement from google? I'm exhausted from dealing with their endless runaround. This is for support inquiry: case ID [6-############1847], thank you!

I have been waiting for 6 weeks for a refund they agreed to due to them charging my credit card twice for same transaction. SIX weeks and 4 help tickets escalated to Google senior support. 

 

I'm thoroughly they give you the run around on purpose so they are more profitable, it is disgusting.
