- Locate the reset pinhole above the QR code on the back of the doorbell.
- Insert and hold a pin (like an unfolded paperclip or thumbtack).
- At 10 seconds, the status light blinks yellow four times, with a countdown tone.
- At 12 seconds, the light turns solid yellow, and you'll hear a confirmation tone as the reset begins.
- Release the pin. Your doorbell will restore to factory settings.
- After the reset, the doorbell will show as “Offline” until you remove it from the app: Open the app, then tap Settings > Remove device > Confirm.
