how to disconnect Nest Doorbell battery to plugin?

Hi, Doorbell Battery users!
We bought a house with the Nest Doorbell battery already installed.  Having a gmail account, I'm trying to connect it.  I get stuck when asked to "plug in" the device, as it's hanging on the outside of the house & I can't feel any holes to connect charging wires.  I tried gently lifting the device to disconnect it, but that didn't work. Since I'm not the one who installed it, I don't know how to get it off the wall to plug it in.  I would appreciate any help and guidance you can provide!  Thank you!

To dismount the battery doorbell, you can insert a small flathead screwdriver on the top of the doorbell, as shown at about 3:30 in the first video in this Help topic:

It sounds like you are being asked to plug your doorbell into an outlet using the USB cable provided with the doorbell, as shown at about 1:00 in the first video in the Help topic above.

If the previous owner did not perform a factory reset of the doorbell and remove it from their Google Home app, you'll have to perform a factory reset before you can reinstall it in your Google Home app:
