I am trying to create and save clips but getting error 'we had trouble processing this clip'. I am guessing it is because there is a 3? hour limit. It appears I cannot selectively delete clips, it's all or none. So it says to save clips I want to keep but I cannot because I reached to limit. Now what???

Manually delete history and snapshots
Here are some important things to know before you delete your camera or doorbell’s video history:
When you delete your camera’s video history, all video history and snapshots recorded up to this point will be erased.
Once your video history and snapshots are deleted, they cannot be recovered. We do not keep backups.
Keep in mind that this only affects the camera you selected. Your other cameras will keep their video history and snapshots.
Create and save video clips of any parts that you’d like to keep before you delete your camera’s video history.

Deleting your video history is all or none, but that has nothing to do with the clips you've created and saved, which are subject to a 3 hour limit.
If I hover over any one of our saved clips on the home.nest.com website, a trash icon appears, and I can delete that clip.
