Hi there,
I have installed a Nest Cam with floodlight and it won't configure/install on Google Home on my iphone 10. I can install it on another similar phone no problem, so nothing wrong with the Google end. I get part way through the process on my phone before a blank screen appears. I have rung Google help and they couldn't solve it. Maybe I should buy a new phone.
Thank you.....

Hello folks,
@Whyalla, thanks for reaching out to the Community and sharing all the details about the issue. I’d be happy to help you with this. Let’s check it out.
Can you share the case ID from your interactions with the support team so I can check what happened? Also, like what MplsCustomer stated, once you install the Nest Cam with Floodlight using the Google Home app on one phone, you no longer need to install it again on another device. Just download the Google Home app on the second device and make sure to sign in with the same Google account you used on the first phone. You should be able to see and control the same Nest devices on both phones.
You can find more information here on how to share a home and devices in the Google Home app.
Let me know if you have any questions.
I appreciate your help, MplsCustomer.
Regards,
Lance

You do NOT "install" a Google Nest camera on a phone. You use a phone or mobile device to install the camera on your Google Account, in your Google Nest "home/structure", using the Google Home app. Once the camera is installed there, it can be accessed on another phone or mobile device by signing onto the Google Home app on that phone or mobile device using the same Google Account (or the Google Account of another member of your Google Nest household), and accessing the same Google Nest "home/structure" where you installed your camera.

Hi Lance,
Thank you for your kind and helpful reply.
I have now resolved the problem configuring the Cam onto Google Home.
Also thanks for the info re seeing and controlling the same Nest devices on two phones. That's good news.
The only last problem I have is occassional video cut-out which I suspect is modem induced. It is not bad enough to lose sleep over so I can live with that.
Once again many thanks.
All the best
